Hello Everyone,
My name is Thomas Crowell, and I am head of customer service here at Angle of Attack. I wanted to take a moment or two to make you aware of a few changes I have made over the last few weeks which I hope will make the use of your training more enjoyable and less problematic. Here are a few of the new features you have to check out and look forward to in the coming weeks:
Questions and Answers Section
I have begun authoring a questions and answers section to help answer some popular requests. This can be accessed directly from our support site, which is angleofattack.zendesk.com. I’ll be adding new topics frequently,and would love to hear some suggestions on future topics. For now, if you’ve got a question, be sure to check out the Question and Answers section, as it may have the answer!
Other Questions and Answers are added continually as we come across common issues that can be answered easily.
Live Chat
Last week we implemented a Live Chat system onto the site. You can open up a live chat session by clicking on the “help” tab in the lower right-hand corner of any page on the site, entering your info, and clicking the “chat with us” button. Note that when I or someone else on the team isn’t available, the button will direct you to send a support email with no option to chat. Chat will be available various times throughout the day and should help us solve your problems even quicker.
Getting Started Guide
In the coming weeks we will be releasing a Getting Started Guide, which outlines some common questions about acquiring and using your training. The guide provides in-depth instructions on topics such as accessing the training, using the forums, adding videos to your iPhone/iPod/iPad, and more, complete with screenshots. We hope that this will relieve some of the stress of learning your way around an online content platform such as ours.
