This downloads header should be simple, catch a little attention (not distracting, but noticeable) and have some sort of icon or theme that goes along with a download. Most likely the best thing is a ‘video’ icon of some sort.
This one can be left open for interpretation as far as design. Here people will be going to websites, linking to PDF files, other follow files and so on.
